Messages may use automated technology. Providing a phone number or using Kayla alone does not enroll you in marketing messages.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also honor other clear opt-out requests, including EXIT. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-enroll, you must opt in again through our website or forms.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

11. AI Voice Service — Kayla

Kayla is an optional automated AI assistant for Sensible Property Solutions, LLC, not a human. By choosing to start after reviewing the recording notice, you consent to recording, transcription and AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy. You may end the call at any time or use our offer form, email Offers@SellToSensible.com or call (646) 875-8622 instead.

Kayla collects information and provides general assistance. It may misunderstand statements or give inaccurate or incomplete answers. Confirm important information with our human team. Statements by Kayla are not binding purchase offers, appraisals, commitments to purchase, guarantees of price or closing dates, or legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Any property transaction requires separate written agreements signed by the appropriate parties and applicable review and due diligence.

The service is intended for adults who own a property or are authorized to discuss it. Do not include another person without their prior recording consent. Do not provide Social Security numbers, financial account or payment-card details, passwords, access codes or other highly sensitive information.

The service is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it to protect a foreclosure, court, contractual or other deadline. Availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Nothing in these AI Voice Service terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Using Kayla or consenting to recording does not by itself authorize marketing calls, automated marketing texts or promotional emails. Any required marketing permission must be requested separately.
