Submitting a form, providing a telephone number, visiting this website or using Kayla does not, by itself, constitute prior express written consent to automated marketing calls, prerecorded marketing messages or marketing texts. Where required, we request separate, specific consent before sending those communications. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase or property sale.
You may withdraw applicable communication permission at any time. Reply STOP to text messages to opt out or HELP for assistance. We also honor other clear requests to stop communications, including EXIT. We do not switch channels to bypass an opt-out. 4. Kayla AI Voice Assistant and Automated Systems
Kayla is an optional automated AI property assistant for Sensible Property Solutions, LLC, not a human. Kayla collects property information and helps arrange a response from our acquisitions team. Our other services may also use AI and automation.
4.1 Recording, transcription and choice
Voice conversations with Kayla are recorded and transcribed. Before starting, review the recording notice beside the launch control. By selecting the control to start after receiving that notice, you consent to recording, transcription and AI processing of the conversation for the purposes described here. Microphone access is required for voice. You may end the call at any time. Do not include another person without their prior consent. If you do not consent, do not start the voice service. Use our offer form, email Offers@SellToSensible.com or call (646) 875-8622 instead.
4.2 Information and purposes
We and the providers that deliver the service process conversation audio, transcripts, summaries, contact information, property details, conversation metadata and records of choices or permissions you provide. We use these records to respond to your inquiry, maintain business and CRM records, arrange authorized follow-up, and review service quality. Voice, AI, transcription, hosting and CRM providers process this information as needed to deliver these services. Section 8 retention principles and applicable privacy rights in this policy also apply to voice records.
4.3 Sensitive information and follow-up
Do not share Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card details, passwords, access codes or other highly sensitive information. Using Kayla or consenting to recording does not automatically authorize promotional calls, automated marketing texts or promotional emails. Any required marketing permission must be requested separately. Tell us if you do not want follow-up.
4.4 Accuracy and privacy requests
AI can misunderstand statements and produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Confirm important information with our human team. Kayla cannot make a binding purchase offer or provide professional advice. See our AI Voice Service Terms. Requests are subject to identity verification, applicable law and lawful retention exceptions.
5. Non-Binding Offers
All valuations and expressions of interest are non-binding until memorialized in a fully executed
Purchase & Sale Agreement.
6. Hold Harmless & Indemnification
By using our website or submitting your information, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Sensible Property Solutions, LLC from:
– Tracking technology use
– SMS/email issues
– AI-generated content
– Third-party technology failures
– Any transaction or failed transaction
7. CCPA, GDPR & State Privacy Rights
Users may have rights to access, delete, correct, or limit personal data, and opt out of targeted

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted.
